Wee Naturalists September: Shells

This fun program is aimed at pre-school children ages 3-5. It is designed to provide opportunities for small children to explore natural history topics  together safely under the guidance of an experienced environmental educator.

Music, Song, Games, Movement, Crafts, and Hands-ON learning utilizing specimens form our collection will be used to engage your child.

$7 NHSM Member Child

$10 Non-Member Child

• 14 August – Crabs
• 11 September – Shells
• 09 October – Bats
• 13 November – Birds
• 11 December – Gems

Programs are held once a month from 9:30 AM – 11:00AM. A parent, grandparent or guardian must accompany children.

Registration Information

• Pre-registration for each program is required.
• Registration for each child is done individually
• A minimum of six participants is needed to conduct the program. The instructor will cancel the program if the minimum is not reached.
