Executive Director Scott McDaniel of Susquehannock Wildlife Society will discuss the organization’s research projects on rare, declining and misunderstood reptiles and amphibians. These projects include searching for Eastern Hellbender eDNA in the Lower Susquehanna watershed, studying the defensive behavior of the Eastern Copperhead, documenting a 30 year decline of Spotted Turtles, and surveying for relic Wood Turtle populations in Harford County.
