Novice and more experienced collectors will meet to exchange knowledge and help with fossil identification, discuss fossil locations, as well as other fossil related topics.

Bring ideas on fossil hunting locations you’d like the club to visit in the upcoming year!

Membership to NHSM is required. An additional annual fee of $5 for individuals and $10 for families goes to fossil club expenses.

The Natural History Society of Maryland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and contributions are tax-deductible.

The mission of the Natural History Society of Maryland is to foster stewardship of Maryland’s natural heritage by conserving its natural history collections, educating its citizenry, and inspiring its youth to pursue careers in the natural sciences.
