Registration

With rapidly developing news of the spread of the coronavirus in Maryland and new guidelines from state and national officials, we have decided to cancel all programs starting March 13, 2020 through Friday, April 10, 2020. Over the next few weeks we will monitor the situation and make decisions about future programming.

Join leaders from the NHSM Herpetology Club on a walk through the forest and swampland at North Point State Park to observe and photograph water snakes, green snakes, frogs, toads and turtles. This is an easy hike but some spots may be muddy. There is an entrance fee to the park so plan accordingly. Final details will be sent to registered participants.

This event is open to NHSM Members only. Not a member? Join today.

The Natural History Society of Maryland is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation and contributions are tax-deductible.

The mission of the Natural History Society of Maryland is to foster stewardship of Maryland’s natural heritage by conserving its natural history collections, educating its citizenry, and inspiring its youth to pursue careers in the natural sciences.
