Nature Connections help you and yours explore and connect with nature.

Inside a seed is an embryo, which is a tiny plant, and the endosperm, which are small leaves which supply the embryo food. The outside of the seed has a seed coat, which protects the embryo from injury or drying out. There are many different kinds of seeds. Some plants make a lot of seeds, some make only a few. Seeds are often hard and very small, but some are larger, like the coconut. Join us to learn more…. The program is free, but for planning purposes, we ask that you RSVP.
