Enjoy a front row seat to one of nature’s greatest shows as we guide you past Wade Island, one of the largest nesting islands for wading birds in Pennsylvania. You will be surrounded by tiny and adult great egrets, black-crowned night herons, double-crested cormorants, and more!

This section of the Susquehanna River has a few sets of small rapids and moving water, so previous paddling experience is highly recommended. Our canoes seat 2 adults, so individuals will be paired up with another paddler. – if you are not comfortable paddling with a stranger, sign-up with a buddy!

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear that you don’t mind getting wet or dirty. We will be on open water with very little shade, so please bring sun protection and water. This is around a 4 to 5-hour float, so feel free to bring a lunch or snacks.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Refunds available if cancellations are made greater than 7 days prior to trip.

Specific trip information will be provided upon registration. Please contact Lauren with any additional questions.
